Ron serves as Leumi Cards's ("LC") CEO since August 2016. Prior to joining LC Ron served as EVP and CFO of Bank Leumi - one of Israel's largest banks.
Prior to joining Leumi group, Ron served as Group CFO in Africa-Israel /AFIGROUP (TASE: AFIL) - an international holding and inestments group, active worldwide, in the fields of real estate, construction & infrastructure, Steel services and other related industries.
Prior to that position Ron held several executive positions in public and private High-tech companies in Israel and Boston.
Ron, a Certified Public Accountant, Graduated with Honors (B.A.) in Accounting from Tel-Aviv University, Faculty of Management and Graduated with Honors from the Technion in bosh B.Sc. in Physics and in Materials Engineering.

As the head of the Strategy & Business Development division Ohad has wide and unique expertise in payments and brings years of experience in collaborating with Fintech & Data companies and all aspects of financing.
Prior to joining Leumi -Card, Ohad was a partner in Tadmor-Levy & Co., a leading Israeli Law firm.
Ohad brings with him an in-depth knowledge of payments, including credit cards, e- payments, e-commerce and crypto currencies.
Building on Leumi -Card's vision of collaboration and partnership with the Fintech industry, Ofer leads and develops the creation of innovation driven customer value.
Before joining Leumi -card, Ofer held several positions in banking and telecom companies, where he specialized in combining business and technology and in efforts to create new digital products.
Ofer brings into the company his profound innovation consulting and business development skills together with a strong technological foundation, extensive product management experience and a rich knowledge of the banking and payments industry.
Examining hundreds of startups a year, Shira's job is to be creative and to find those companies with the greatest potential of synergy where a solid partnership model can be developed - one that will benefit both Leumi -Card customers and partners.
Before joining Leumi -Card, Shira worked for Sunrise Projects where she provided consultation services to tech companies regarding non-dilutive innovation-based grants, refining product unique features and developing market insights into a precise business plan.
Her experience working closely with startups gives Shira a great understanding of what they need and how Leumi - Card can help them.
Ayelet specializes in helping drive the successful delivery of every project by bringing brilliant and passionate teams together to make things happen.
Before joining Leumi -Card, Ayelet was a product manager at Tiny Love where she led projects end to end, focusing on time-to-market & product development, always aiming at the next innovative product.

As director of technological innovation, Andrey brings to the company his deep knowledge of technology and infrastructure evaluation. His expertise helps ensure that technologies are used efficiently and securely.
Before joining Leumi-Card, Andrey held several positions in services & software solutions companies. He was responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution, managing complex projects as well as hands-on R&D.
Andrey has great experience in all aspects of solution specification and delivery, solution architecture, information security, enterprise infrastructure, cloud computing and Open API & regulation.
Lena is a highly skilled leader with a passion for individual and organizational transformation. Her expertise and central focus is on leveraging data usage and using data mining and modeling to accelerate business growth.
Lena's career is interlinked with Leumi-Card. Before her present position, she led the credit risk department and was responsible for credit risk models and underwriting processes. With more than 15 years of experience, she is amongst the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the Israeli credit market. She has a deep understanding of the credit underscoring market and the risks and potentials it holds.
Lena specializes in data transformation processes including constructing and/or implementing unique models, which are translated into predesignated business goals.

Almost all commuters using public transport have been in a situation where they need to hop on a bus but couldn’t find a loading station for their RAV-KAV (A smart commuting card), as those station are scarce.
This accessibility issue was solved by Leumi Card in collaboration with Pcentra (who already debited through us), by providing a simple and convenient technological platform for loading a Rav Kav card directly from a credit card. This cooperation led Leumi Card to winning several innovation awards.
Using proprietary technology, Endor extended social physics into a powerful engine that is able to explain and predict any human behavior. In a joint research study conducted by Leumi Card and Endor in the financial area, a specific value added proposal was formulated, which validated and verified financial capabilities (in which Endor had no experience), as well as activities with regulatory bodies and creating a common, successful prediction model. As part of this collaboration, Leumi Card and Endor were selected in a tender for a joint project with Mastercard , competing against over 400 companies from across the world. Additionally, the Leumi Card team helped facilitate connections between Endor and international customers.
